Product Description

The Mustang Survival MA7214 Re-Arm Kit C contains the replacement components required to return compatible Mustang auto-hydrostatic inflatable PFDs to service after deployment. It uses a 33-gram Hammar hydrostatic inflator system and is intended only for the Mustang PFD models and suffix variants listed below.

When This Kit Is Required

• After the PFD has inflated during an emergency
• After an accidental or test deployment
• When the hydrostatic inflator reaches its marked replacement date
• When the CO cylinder, inflator body or cap is damaged, missing or previously activated
• When required by the inspection schedule in the PFD owner’s manual

Re-Arming Notes

• Completely deflate the flotation bladder before repacking.
• Inspect the bladder, oral inflation tube, seams and outer cover for damage.
• Install every component in the kit according to the supplied Mustang instructions.
• Confirm the cylinder and inflator cap indicators show the unit is correctly armed.
• Refold and repack the bladder exactly as directed in the PFD owner’s manual.
• Do not return the PFD to service until the inspection and re-arming procedure is complete.
