Best use case: The A80713 is the right bracket for sailors running a 7″ Alpha Performance Display at the mast the smaller display size is well-suited to boats where mast space is limited or where a more compact instrument presentation is preferred. The 7″ portrait format is a popular choice for displaying a single primary instrument such as wind angle or boat speed in a clean, easy-to-read column at the mast. If you are building out a full Alpha instrument suite with multiple display sizes, confirm each displays size and orientation before selecting brackets, as the 7″ and 9″ brackets are not interchangeable.
