Parts Desk Insights

Best Use Case: This winch is the right choice for trailering small-to-mid-size boats and PWCs where a single-speed pull is sufficient. It’s a popular fit for aluminum fishing boats, kayak trailers, and entry-level bass boats where load weights stay well under 900 lbs. If your load exceeds this rating, consider stepping up to the Fulton 142100 1,100 lb Winch or the Fulton 142103 1,300 lb Winch. For heavier trailering needs, the Fulton 142400 Two-Speed 2,000 lb Winch offers added mechanical advantage. Pair this winch with the Fulton WC325 Winch Cable & Hook Assembly or the Fulton WS20HD0200 Heavy Duty Winch Strap for a complete setup.
