Marine East 8920 Hose-Barb Adapter

The Marine East 8920 adapter connects a 5/8-inch inside-diameter hose to a compatible 1-inch female pipe-thread port.

Key Features

• 5/8-inch hose barb
• 1-inch male tapered pipe thread
• Straight adapter configuration

Use & Service Notes

Use hose, clamps and thread-sealing materials suitable for the system and fitting material. Avoid overtightening the threaded connection and check for leakage after installation.

Parts Desk Insight

Hose-barb size follows the hose inside diameter; pipe-thread size is a separate nominal measurement. Check both ends rather than matching the fitting by its outside diameter.
