Parts Desk Insights

Best Use Case: Best used when your current 225R filtration element needs replacement and your engine/system calls for a 2 micron (Brown cap) element to match your fuel cleanliness requirements.

Common Issues: Common install mistakes include selecting the wrong micron rating (which changes filtration fineness) and assuming the element matches without confirming the housing/assembly compatibility. Before installing, verify the element number and micron rating against the filter system youre servicing.
