Parts Desk Insights

Best Use Case: This is a must-have maintenance item for any angler running Scotty electric downriggers regularly. The snap hook takes a beating every time the weight returns to the boom the Soft Stop Bumper absorbs that impact and dramatically extends the life of your snap hook and boom hardware. We recommend keeping a spare set on board, especially on multi-day trips where you can’t easily source parts.

Fit Note: Designed for Scotty downrigger snap hooks. If you’re unsure whether these fit your specific model, check your downrigger’s snap hook diameter or contact us we’re happy to confirm compatibility before you order.
